Ibrahim Aji is the department head of internationaldevelopment and aid agency work. Aji has been successful in winning contracts from international aidagencies and Indonesiangovernments such as the Commonwealth of Australia represented by theDepartment of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry (DAFF) (Opinion polls andperception audits; and research, analysis and evaluation – Public Relations andOutreach Services), the World Bank (procurement and financial post audit),UNFPA (special audit), World Food Programme (special audit), Ministry ofEducation (technical audit, external study of TSP and non-TS program project inEast Java), among others.

 

Aji has been involved in managing certain social researchassignments funded by the World Bank and Australian government. In addition,Aji has extensive experience in banking, finance, credit analysis and businessdevelopment. He previously worked for Japanese banks in corporate bankingmanaging clients’ loans in various industries.

Aji obtained his Master of Management Studies in Financefrom the University ofWaikato in New Zealandin 1996.

 

The Team

Ali Rahmadi

Ali is an accountant with over 20 years of professional experience in audit and accounting for various industries in Indonesia.  He was a Director of a subsidiary of a group of companies. He was a corporate controller & treasurer for holding company with 15 subsidiaries.

Ali has extensive experience in handling government projects, as well as those financed by ADB, World Bank, UNDP, UN-WFP and other donors. He was the Deputy Team Leader and subsequently Team Leader for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the ADB State Audit Reform project (STARSDP).

Ali earned his Bachelor degree in Economics majoring in Accounting from the University of Gadjah Mada. He obtained his Master of Accounting from the University of YAI in 2011.

Fikri Karimi

Fikri has extensive experience in internal audit, internal control review, risk management, business process improvement, and compliance review services for private and public sector clients.

He has extensive experience in auditing and consulting of NGOs and projects funded by international aid agencies such as UNDP (Indonesia, China, Tajikistan), The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (Timor & Kazakhstan), UN World Food Programme (Timor), UNICEF (Indonesia), and Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO)(Indonesia & Timor), Asian Development Bank (Indonesia), among others.

Fikri gained a Master Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.

Bahtiar Manurung

Bahtiar is has more than 12 years of professional experience in auditing financial statements, monitoring and evaluation consultancy to government institutions,  post review of procurement contracts and expenditures for government projects , compliance audit in respect of regulations and internal control and special purposes and operational audit including sustainability audit.

Bahtiar was Deputy Team Leader for the Monitoring and Evaluation of the ADB State Audit Reform project (STARSDP).  He holds certification for National Procurement Procedures (Keppres 80/2003).  He was the auditor for the Procurement Post and Financial Audit for World Bank Financed Projects in Indonesia.

Bahtiar earned his Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.

Moh. Hidayat Raga Samudra Ario Putra (Ario)

Ario is a professional research staff member with over 10 years of experience in social and economic study and survey. He has considerable research experience in banking and the SME sector, particularly related to funding access for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), 

Ario was involved in the Baseline Survey of Transfer of Technology and Farmer Empowerment Program Cocoa Sustainability Partnership (CSP)/ IFC-PENSA Makassar, Integrity and Capacity Assessment of Justice Sector for UNDP-UNODC, Opinion Polls and Perception Audits of Illegal Fishing campaign for The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry (DAFF) of Australia, among others.

Ario holds his Master (in Regional Development Management) and Bachelor (in Agricultural Socio-economics) Degrees from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB).

Tata Mustasya

Tata has over 9 years of experience in public policy, governance and development work in Indonesia. He has served government agencies both at national and sub-national level, political parties, private sectors, international NGOs and development partner organizations in various projects.  He was involved in the capacity development assessment and strategy for aid for development effectiveness commissioned by UNDP and the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas).

His views on public policy, governance and development issues can be seen in his op-ed articles for nationwide newspapers’ opinion column since 2004, including among others Kompas, The Jakarta Post, Media Indonesia, Jurnal Nasional and Sinar Harapan.

Tata holds a Master of Arts in Management of Development from the University of Turin and International Training Centre International - Labour Organization (ITC-ILO). He earned his Bachelor Degree in Economics and Development Studies for the University of Indonesia.

Leony Unsulangi

Leony specializes in Strategic Marketing Planning and Promotional Campaigns, Market Research, Online Marketing, Event Management, Customer Relationship Management, Collateral Material Development, Project management and Human Rights and Social Compliance.

She gained her Master of Applied Commerce (Marketing) in Marketing Management, from the University of Melbourne in Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Economics in Business and Management from the University of Indonesia.

Syafril Harsanto

Syafril has over 7 years of experience in PR, marketing communications, branding, and social media engagement. He previously worked Burson-Marsteller (one of the largest public relations agencies in the world), IndoPacific Edelman (part of Edelman Worldwide, the world's largest independent public relations firm), Inke Maris & Associates (One of the best Public Relations Consultant in Indonesia), and Fortune PR.

Syafril’s recent assignments include the Integrated Marketing Communications for Bank Andara and AndaraLink (funded by IFC-World Bank Group) and the Development of Information, Education and Communication Strategy to support the Fight Against Corruption in certain Regions in Indonesia for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

Syafril gained his Bachelor Degree in Social and Political Sciences from University of Indonesia.
