Ms. Lanna Lubis, has more than 35 years of progressively responsible positions with the U.S. Government, and 4,5 years in the private sector (MRI). She is well versed on USAID’s procurements and assistance project regulations. The key strengths include managing and monitoring complex development assistance projects with multiple personnel; involved in multi disciplines context and multi-national parties.
Extensive experience in processing, managing and monitoring contracts, grants and financial management of large and small US Government development assistance to Indonesia. Ability to work collaboratively with stake holders at every level from local to the
most senior government officials, private sector and with the long/short-term advisors, expatriate consultants and contract personnel.
Proposal writer, reviewer, manager, coordinator/personnel team building in responding to USAID, US Naval Medical Research Unit-Two (NAMRU - TWO) and multilateral donor agencies’ RFP and solicitations.
