Noriyuki Sugiura is a Japanese national who was assigned to Mazars Moores Rowland (MMR) as Japan Desk. Japan Desk at MMR is a joint venture with SCS Global, which operates finance consulting in all over the world, with advantage in Asian countries. Noriyuki started his carrier at local accounting firm in Japan in 1997, and moved to KPMG Tokyo as a tax consultant for Japan and US tax. He first came to Indonesia in 2004 joining Ernst & Young, Jakarta, as Japan Desk. The assignment from SCS Global is his second time to Indonesia. With more than 10 years of international accounting and tax experience, he provides the clients with quality of service satisfying the Japanese clients’ needs.
He graduated from Shizuoka University (Japan) with Bachelor of Economics and from Wichita State University (US) with Bachelor of Business Administration. He has US CPA.
