Francois Monville is French national who spent his entire professional career at Mazars. Following a double university course in law and accounting, he entered the Rouen office in France in 1995. After three years as a generalist he left for Dublin, where he worked with Irish subsidiaries of large listed companies (Pernod Ricard, in particular) and in pension funds. On returning to France, in the Paris office, he had the opportunity to work on the consolidated accounts of a number of large clients, before specialising in Transaction Support. After two years spent working on acquisition audits, he became the managing partner of Mazars's Hungary office, located in Budapest in September 2003. His position led him to exercise responsibilities in several areas, such as guarantee the technical quality of services and manage the 110 women and men employed by the office. He also oversaw Mazars's sales growth in Hungary, to ensure a strong and lasting presence in the country. This necessitated a long-term analysis of the local development strategy, in cooperation with the partners in charge of international development. Finally, he coordinated all the services offered to clients: auditing, tax consulting and chartered accounting. From April 2009 he is the director of the Indonesian Mazars office in Jakarta.
