General requirements for all positions

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Must possess good communication and problem solving skills
  • Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
  • Experience with multi-national firms would be an advantage

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

IT/ TECHNOLOGY SERVICES MANAGER (JAKARTA)
  • University degree from prominent university in Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in IT sector
  • Have strong team management skills and be a good team player
  • Must possess essential and strong technical skills in:
  • Windows Servers 2003/2008
  • Active directory
  • MS Exchange Server
  • MS SQL server Administration and Management
  • MS SharePoint
  • Cisco firewall/ASA
  • Cisco switches and routers
  • Experience in IP telephony solution
  • IP Networking, VLANs etc
  • Work with senior management in developing solutions and services that promote and enhance efficiencies and productivity
  • Have strong initiatives and able to provide recommendations for technology and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Management & negotiation of SLA’s and specific contractual requirements with suppliers
  • Professional accreditation's including: MCSE, CCNA,CCNP, PMP preferable
  • Good inter-personal communication skills and excellent technical writing skills
IT ASSISTANT MANAGER (JAKARTA)
  • University Degree from prominent university in Computer Science / Information Systems
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT sector
  • Must possess essential and strong technical skills in: :
  • Windows Server 2003/2008
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2010
  • Microsoft Forefront TMG
  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration and Management
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Cisco Firewall PIX 515E / ASA
  • Cisco Switches and Cisco Router 2621 XM
  • Hold certificate of: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP
  • Have strong initiatives and able to provide recommendations and strategies for technology and IT infrastructure solutions
  • Have strong team management skills and a good team player
  • Good inter-personal communication skills and excellent technical writing skills
